Richard Holohan (* 11. Januar 1882; † 30. Mai 1954) war ein irischer Landwirt und Politiker der National Centre Party, später der Fine Gael. Er war von Juni 1927 bis Februar 1932 und von Januar 1933 bis Juli 1937 Teachta Dála (Abgeordneter) im Dáil Éireann, dem Unterhaus des irischen Parlaments (Oireachtas).

Holohan war als Landwirt tätig. Er kandidierte erstmals für die National Centre Party im Wahlkreis Carlow–Kilkenny bei den Wahlen im Juni 1927 und wurde gewählt. Bei den Wahlen im September 1927 verteidigte er seinen Sitz, verlor ihn jedoch bei den Wahlen 1932. Holohan konnte jedoch bei den Wahlen 1933 seinen Sitz zurückgewinnen. Wegen des Zusammenschlusses der Cumann na nGaedheal mit der National Centre Party trat auch Holohan in die neu gebildete Fine Gael ein. Bei den Wahlen 1937 im Wahlkreis Kilkenny verlor er den Sitz erneut.cite-ref-1[1] Er trat dann nicht mehr an.
